Delivery FAQs
How does delivery work?
Simply browse our online shop, add items to your cart, and select delivery at checkout. We hand-cut and pack your order fresh, then deliver it in our refrigerated vehicle to keep everything at the perfect temperature.
What is the minimum order for delivery?
The minimum order for delivery is $50. Delivery is free on orders over $100.
What are the delivery days and cut-off times?
We deliver Tuesday to Saturday. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are available for next-day delivery. Orders placed after the cut-off will be delivered on the following delivery day.
How is my meat kept fresh during delivery?
All orders are packed in insulated liners with ice packs and transported in our refrigerated vehicle to ensure your meat arrives in perfect condition.
Can I choose a specific delivery time?
We deliver within business hours on our scheduled delivery days. While we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, we will do our best to accommodate special requests. Contact us to discuss your needs.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
If you won't be home, please leave a note at checkout with safe-drop instructions (e.g. an esky on the front porch). Our driver will follow your instructions and leave the order in a safe, shaded spot. We'll send you a notification once delivered.
Do you deliver outside the Redlands?
We currently deliver to mainland Redlands suburbs only — from Birkdale to Redland Bay. If you're outside our delivery area, you're welcome to order for in-store pickup at our Cleveland shop.
